Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced elderly lady cook to join our cloud kitchen in Fort Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, primarily vegetarian dishes, while being open to preparing non-vegetarian meals when required. This is a live-in position with accommodation and salary provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of vegetarian dishes with authentic taste and quality.
• Cook non-vegetarian dishes when required.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Plan and organize daily meal preparation based on menu requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in home-style or professional cooking.
• Specialization in traditional Kerala cuisine is a plus.
• Willingness to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Should be responsible, punctual, and passionate about cooking.
